What is the AU & Global Packaging Compliance Wizard?
A packaging compliance checker tells you which mandatory legal marks must appear on the outside of your retail packaging based on the destination country, product category and material. In Australia that means the Australasian Recycling Label (ARL) under APCO, ACCC product safety markings, and Food Standards Code 3.2.2 for food. In the EU it means CE, Triman and Green Dot. Missing a mark can result in import seizure or fines up to AU $1.1 million per breach under the ACCC.
